Franklin Academy is proud to offer the residents of Broward County a K-12 system. Our newest campus will serve students in grades 6-12. Our spacious 40 acre campus is located near 5000 SW 207th Terrace, Pembroke Pines, FL 33332. The newly constructed 125,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility includes classrooms, specialty rooms for music, art, computer labs, large multipurpose room as well as science labs. Jogging paths with fitness stations located throughout; sports fields, a multipurpose field and a gymnasium with locker rooms will be located on a beautifully landscaped campus.
Our middle school curriculum (grades 6-8) focuses on the core academic areas of math, science, language arts and social studies. Enrichment classes provide Critical thinking skills which become increasingly important at this level of study. Our goal is to thoroughly prepare our students for the four years of high school that lie ahead.
Academics at the high school level (grades 9-12) are focused on college preparation including extracurricular clubs and activities which will assist in the growth and development of our students. Participation in team sports and clubs provide opportunities for leadership and excellence which are increasingly required for college admission.

* At the conclusion of the campus tour, participants who are interested in the new MS/HS campus will be invited to remain for a MS/HS Parent Information Session with the Principal of the new campus.
Students enrolled in grades 9-10 who have a sibling enrolled in grades 6-8 will be permitted to remain on campus in a supervised environment until their sibling is dismissed at 3:45 PM. Additionally, 6th through 8th grade students who have siblings in grades 9-10 may arrive on campus beginning at 7:15 AM with their 9-10 grade sibling. This is a no-cost service to our families.
Transportation is provided on a limited basis. We generally offer transportation for students who live between 2 and 8 miles from the campus. If you live either closer than two miles or outside our transportation zone, you will have to provide your own transportation. We do allow private transportation companies on campus, if they follow our pick-up & drop-off procedures. We also have a free carpool matching system that tries to match suitable families with each other.
Once your child is enrolled in Franklin Academy, you will be able to submit your transportation request to our transportation company. During the summer, our transportation company will provide families with the determination of whether their child has qualified for transportation.
